Yes, I placed an order at the beginning of Feb 2 and still nothing. Yes, they have my money. I received a notice of the "out of stock" story but otherwise NO RESPONSE! I have filed a refusal to pay with my credit card company.

What kind of person (s) would run such a scam? Let's do something about it! Do they really think they can continue to do this?

If you notice on Doxy's web site, it shows a Yahoo e-commerce advertisement. Would their contract tolerate such irresponsible behavior? Can we report this to Yahoo?
