Refused to pay for services rendered

We provided services for this customer in Washington State at one of their locations. We were the second company they sent out to do the repairs. I have no idea if they paid the first vendor or not. Both technicians (from different companies) came up with the same problem in need of repair. AFN only wanted us to find the problem and then report it to them. Not fix it. We reported it and they said that wasn't the problem and they were not going to pay. I assume (no evidence) they received the info on what to fix from us and then made the actual repair themselves. We refuse to do any other work for them and warn other companies to beware!
