Rockey's Moving Storage
Is a scam

I'm in the military and my husband and I just came back from Iraq. The military provides a moving and storage company because they are contracted by the military. Well this moving comany likes to use this to their advantage. When they droped off my houshold goods, I noticed a lot of items were missing in which they had so clue to where thoes items could be. I filed a claim with the military and the military only paid a portion of what my items were worth and some items they didnt pay for at all, because they claimed they were not on the inventory sheet.

Well this is where the scam takes place. The day the movers came to pick my our household itmes, they have their iventory sheet and my husband had his invetory sheet. My husband's version of the inventory sheet is then sent to the tranportation deparment and Rockey's moving and storage keeps their version of the inventory sheet. Well this is what they do, as they inventory your items some itmes are left out of their invetory so they they can say it was not written on the invetory sheet. We are currently looking for my husband's version to the clam to match up the items. They said since it was not on their inventory list, they cannot give you a refund. WOW! Now doens't that seem suspicious.

It's ashame when your in Iraq fighing for your country, not knowing when you come back home, your household itmes would be missing, more bullshit to deal with when you get back home. I'm sure I'm not the only person that has experienced this ordeal. Someone needs to put a stop to this company and thier scams before this gets out of control.
