Cheated by charging heavily

I have to make a call within US from newwark airport. First i put four quarters to call but first the call got connected and then i got announcement. I was very much surprised that what has happened. As i have only four quarters then i try to call using my credit card. The call get completed successfully.

After few days i get my credit card statement and i was surprised to see that i was charged 11$. Thins is i think the costliest call i have ever made. I think that by mistake i have called somebody on moon. So friends this legacy phone cheat people. So please be aware os using such service. If some lawyer can help then i want to sue then for such thing they do to people who need to call somebody urgently from airport, especiall tourists who doesnt have mobiles.
