Received bills for services I never received nor ordered

Allied Telephone Directories tried and continues to try to bill me for services I never ordered or received. I have tried to tell them to cancel the order because I never approved it, but I keep receiving bills and letters saying they are turning me over to collection. I owe them nothing yet they continue to send me bills. I want this to stop it has been going on for almost a year.
