Christine (a) CHOPPED MY HAIR OFF!

I went into Fantastic Sams because I was too busy to drive to my regular hairdresser in Lynwood, CA (about 30 miles away). All I wanted was a hair trim so I thought there would be no harm... Boy was I wrong!
I asked the woman Christine to "KEEP THE LENGTH" of my hair but that I wanted long layers (3 layers). She was so ruff while cutting my hair I had to ask her how long she had been cutting hair. 25 yrs she told me. She seemed nervous because she had dropped her scissors once and also cut herself with them another time... Hmmmm... By the time she was half way finished I noticed she had cut my hair to my sholders (my hair was slightly above my waist). I was soooo angry I didn't even let her finish! I jumped out of the chair and started screaming! All she could tell me was she was sorry and to let her finish. Why would I do that? HELLO! I went home in tears then took a relaxer to settle me down a bit. The next day I went to my hair dresser for a fix (by the way he swore I had cut my own hair). I contacted corp. Which helped me get in contact with the owner. I emailed her and told her I wanted to get reimbursed for the extensions I had to put in my hair to cover up all the damage. The owner told me she'd give me or someone I know a FREE hair cut service... Now why would I do that? I am not vein at all... But my hair was my pride and joy: (I will NEVER go back there again... And will advise u not to either!
