I tried to call to return product with no response. Busy signals

I tried to call them to return this product but could never get through. First of all, the product doesn't work.

However, I did contact my credit card company and advise them not to bill anything else from them to my credit card. Not sure if that will work but at least I tried.

These people need to be stopped and stopped right now.
