Communications Publishing sends out a mailer that offers a "How To" book on how to properly seek grant money from the government and large corporations. The cost is $23.90 and of course they don't actually send you a book. They cash your check and send you nothing. This mail fraud scam is especially heinous because it preys on the indigent, people who are probably financially desperate and probably could not afford the 24 bucks. These folks should rot you know where. Let's find these scum and make sure they pay!
