They come in and sweet-talk you about how they can sell your company for big money, because they have a buyer interested. Then I got suckered into paying $10,000 for a private appraisal of my company, with a written guarantee that if they do not bring me a qualified buyer within 1 year, I will get the $10,000 back. Bs. No appraisal was ever done by a third party, no buyer was ever brought to me. And now they are saying they have no money to pay the $10,000 back. Where did all that money go? They hustle people for money, and spend nothing.
