Fraud, workforce violations, bad business practices

I am stunned to find that 6 years after I worked for this woman she is still doing business.

1 - She regularly employs underage workers and commits child labor violations. She gets around this by calling the employees "entertainers." Since when do entertainers vacuum and put away stock?

2 She pays all of her employees minimum wage officially. The rates her employees actually receive on their checks are supplemented by bonus amounts that allow her to dodge the taxes on their full hourly wage

3 She never fires anyone so she doesnt have to pay unemployment. Her associates are told that they simply aren't scheduled until they get fed up and move on.
4 She teaches her employees (all of whom are teens) to lie to customers and scam them. She doesnt present it as such, simply tells her girls its customer service.
5 She marks up her prices by as much as 300%, then discounts that price to give herself the outlet status required by her landlord at Grapevine Mills.

That doesn't even cover the horrible way she treats her employees and customers both.

I would delightedly assist in any criminal investigation but my hopes are not high. If she's gotten away with bending the law this long, she's not going to stop.

Do not do business with this woman!
