A week before Christmas 3 packages arrived at my home. I realized one was mine but the two others were not. I phoned Femail Creations to notify them of the error. The next day I got a phone call and was asked to mail out one of the packages since they had no more in stock. I hesitated because it was Dec. 20th - but they assured me I would get a $25 gift certificate from the company for doing so. I stood in a long line at the post office and was charged $10.55 to mail the package. When I did not receive my gift certificate I called the company. I was told a gift certificate would be on its way along with the cost of the postage. When neither arrived, I wrote a letter to the company explaining everything and sent along a copy of the postal receipt. On Feb. 7th I called the company again - no record of any of this - but was assured that someone would call me by the 13th of Feb. When I did not get a phone call back. I called again and asked to speak to the person (Sheanna) who had helped me the week before (she told me to ask for her personally) - I was told to wait - but then was told Sheanna was not in. Adela then asked for all my information because they again had no record of anything I was telling them. It was then I told her that I would no longer spend time on the phone or send letters to the company - it was a waste of time. I would write to usacomplaints.com. I went out of my way to mail a package that was not mine - they have failed to reimburse me for the postage - I could have kept both packages. I had to call and remind them to have the second package picked up at my address. I have never dealt with a company who actually lies to its customers and refuses to give back what is due. A true 'Ripoff' company.
