Refuse to work with payments

This company offered pcs—phones on the family plan, so i jumped for a deal and ever sence i was a customer i have the cell phones from hell, every month new chargees somebody called and called with stole identy and got extra charges on these phone and they said that was ok. Only i can athourize this. I am the payee, so why listed to other people. So i owe them 900.00 dollars i will not understand why, when nobody will listen to me. So sprint fix it.
