In October I discovered a charge on my credit card statement from Dish Network. I immediately called them and after dozens a calls and faxes my money was finally refunded to me.

Then on Janurary 19th as I am getting ready to pay bills when i discover numerous charges on my credit card from Dish network ranging from 2.00 to 136.00. I am not talking about a couple of charges either. After immediately calling Dish Network It took hours just to get someone that spoke english well enough to understand what I was calling about. Finally i was put in touch with William Clarke whom said he was in the "executive headquaters of dish network"

During this time Mr Clarke was very helpful and even helped me contact my bank to report my card stolen. Mr Clarke refunded 3 charges that had already been processed on my account and he gave me his number and email address to contact him back when the other charges that were pending had been processed all the while telling my bank there was no need to dispute the charges as he promissed he would refund them.

Mr Clarke told me that Mexicans gangs from Mexico were flown into Canada where they steal cars and drive accross the border where they procede to drive across America stealing mail out of mailboxes and then sell the credit card numbers and that is probably what happended to me! Lol! I dont even get bank statements, and if i did i have a PO BOX.

What really happened was A Dish Network Employee actually got ahold of my Card Info when i tried to get dish back in Sep. And proceded to set up accounts in Lousianna using that card info. I was originally told this on my first call in October but nothing was done until i had to pay the expense. Mr. Clarke denied this but its the only way it could have happened.

Any way you guessed it. I have not been able to reach Mr. Clarke. Either his voice mail is full or he doesnt return messages. Emails go unanswered and forget about calling Dish Network as the same incompetent people go throught the same hoops over and over again. (we will leave mr Clark a message)

I Just want my money back and I want an offical appology from Dish Network and Mr. Clark. You know I wont get an appology so just give me my money back.

Dish network will never ever be in my pocket again!!!
