Made charges to my account after entering for grant information

I paid $1.99 for information on grants, since I am going to college. I received two charges for $39.95 on my account. I called the number on my statement and received prompt credit, no problem, I also received a confirmation number each time. The second time I asked if any other charges would be charged to my account they said no... We will see.

I believe these charges were a huge rip-off and I did not see anywhere in the fine print where I would be charged for extra services if not canceled with in so many days. I always look for such things to keep me out of this type of situation. What a hoax.
