More than 3 yrs and still no papers... Ugh

We bought a English puppy from her more than three yrs ago, we flew to Tx. From California to pick him up, very wierd deal, they would not let us come to their (farm), they wanted to meet us on the side of the road out in the country to pick the puppy up, I have been very lucky he is a awesome dog, one of the best looking bullys we have ever seen with almost zero medical problems, but to this day NO Papers, I have called over and over and nothing, sorry I dont want to talk bad about anybody but somthing is not on the up and up here, I paid good money for him and have no idea where he really came from, I dont think she really has a (farm), just a puppy mill from oversea, s
