Denial to Reimburse Customer - A Real TeleScam

I am a Linen rental company. A client sent me a $572.00 NSF check which was processed through Telecheck (money gauranteed). I filled out a warranty request with all its 16 regulations, dotted my I's & T's as requested and recieved a re-imburstment check for $572.00.

Shortly afterwards on my monthly statement I was told $572.00 will be debited from my checking account and it was 1/22/08. After complaing to numerous people & supervisors I was told the reason was the client paid me and the merchandise was returned. I was never aware of this suprise if I hadn't called!

The client never paid me and on what do they go by as paid? Verbal phone call? I had nothing in print, reciept or proof of payment and yes, all my merchanise gets returned... I am a linen rental company! The knumbskulls don't get it, they havent a clue what is business or what their doing over there & it appears rental services are ammuined from recieving compensation.

Its been 4 months of dispute and their opposite of what their sales reps tell you. They are nothing but a legal SCAM!
