Charged for ringtone service not subscribed to by a mino

My daughter accessed the Ringaza site on her cell phone not realizing they were going to subscribe her to a monthly service for $9.99. She did not purchase anything from them and did not know how to get out of the web page she was on. I called them and was told my daughter was warned she would be charged. They will not refund the monthly charge and now it is on my bill again. I did not know it was a monthly charge until it showed up this month again.

This is a total scam preying on kids, and parents are the ones paying for it. They have to be shut down. Someone needs to do something to make them accountable. Maybe a class action lawsuit would get their attention. They have no shame about what they are doing. It's despicable!
