Mos Magazine
Ripoff deceptive company

Shops, Products, Services

Mos Magazine called and solicited us magazines. They offered us a free trial month, as long as I gave a credit card number. I accepted and gave the number.

However, they promised they would not bill anything to the credit card until we received their packet of information and signed an enrollment form to return. We never received this information.

After one month, we started noticing a $34 charge from them on our bank statement each month. We called to complain and they said they could not cancel this membership. We told them we didn't want their magazines and it didn't matter, we still cannot get them to remove the charge and take us off their list.

They state the charges will continue to be automatically deducted for a full year. I just wonder what will happen when the year is up and if we will ever be able to get out of this situation.

Thank you,
Dan
