Dont deal with the bullies

This company has been coming after us for a few months saying we owe them 5000 from hsbc bank buy out. We gave my husbands motorcycle back after not being able to pay due to them not accepting payments and now they want more then the bike is worth plus they have no info on the agreement or the fact that the bike was sold and made what it was worth. We get shifted around to different supposed supervisors and told a different amount each time. W were offered a 2500 payoff then they would not accept it stating we needed to pay 3660. They are rude and try to bully you into paying for it the same day by giving them a post dated check. Im tired of the phone calls and the rude bull crap from them.
