We sent this man $500 for a Bulldog puppy. Never received dog or money. He preys on the weak! Fort Smith, Arkansas

This so called 'man' answered an ad posted by my brother who wanted a bulldog. My brother is on a fixed income. He is on SSI and explained this in is ad. But he desparately wanted a bulldog... Sick, elderly dog, puppy, whatever, it just didn't matter to my brother. This jerk, Ron Morgan, answered his ad and was willing to sell my brother a puppy for $500. He claimed his mother went through a similar situation and that she and many of his friends are also on SSI, so he understood and had no problem selling him the dog at a cheaper price and would take payments. He seemed very nice and very knowledgable. He requested the payments to be sent through a Wal-mart money gram. My brother sent him $200 immediately and I wrote him a check for the remaining balance and sent it to him a week or so later.

He supposedly shipped the dog a few days before Christmas on a van. He told my brother that it would arrive on Christmas and so my brother waited all day for this dog (the one that didn't exist). He cancelled his plans to visit his family members. He waited, and he waited and he waited! I called this jerk on Christmas at 7PM and his brother (Baer?) answered and says he's gone for a few days. Suddenly he stopped answering emails and stopped returning phone calls.

A few days later my brother manages to get ahold of him and he tells another tale that the dog can not be located and that they are searching for him... A few days later... YEAH! They found him and he would be at my brothers in a few more days... WRONG!

Then the dog gets sick almost half way here and Ron Morgan tells the driver to return the dog to him so he can take it to the vet to get a shot. Finally he's supposedly on the road again. The day he is suppose to arrive (which is now January 2nd) he calls my brother and says he had the driver return the dog to him because my brother is being impatient! Two weeks of getting the run around and he's impatient?

Then the jerk tells my brother he would retun his money on Friday, January 11th and needless to say, there has been no return of any kind of money or emails or phone calls. Do not buy anything from Ron Morgan in Fort Smith, Arkansas or his brother Baer... Possibly Barry (I believe the name Amy was another name used when he referred to the kennel but I can't be to sure). There is no dog and never was a dog!

This man is a good talker, and he even sends bogus pictures of the dogs. He claims to sell bulldogs and bullmastiffs. Do not fall for this scam! He preys on the weak, the lonely, and the vulnerable. One day he will get his punishment! Ron Morgan... If you are reading this remember this: Romas 12:19 says "Vengeance is Mine, I will repay" says the Lord. Ron, I hope it was worth it! God will get you! And he will do far more worse than anything I can even dream of doing to you!!! Hope you have fun answering for this one.
