Big scam!

Shops, Products, Services

Bought a set of spectacles for my boy (10yr old). Was informed they included A - 30-Time assurance. These were broken 3-Months later. Required them directly into get mounted and was informed they must be changed. I had been also advised they no further maintained these particular structures, and would need to buy a whole new collection. I had been also advised they might just provide me a $20 credit for that previous structures (which charge $200!).

I had been hesitant, but went forward and bought the brand new collection. About 3-Weeks later, the structures smashed over the form of the remaining contact. I cost them to back and was (again) advised they couldn't be mounted and (again) they no further maintained these particular structures. Which (again) I'd need to buy a whole new collection.

It's obvious that Contact Crafters is managing a fraud below! What is worse is the fact that they're promoting THEIR particular make of structures which means you can't get alternatives elsewhere. Obviously they don't reveal this reality whenever your shelling within the $300 for the spectacles.
