Ripped me off big time

I was ripped off by this company called BSM grant Search Assitant / Network Agenda. I ordered a cd for $1.95 and received it and then later charged $39.95 from BSM Grant Search Asst and charged $7.95 from BSM SBA Express. I never ordered anything else from them so they should not be charging me. I dont know why they are getting away with this. It just makes me so mad I want my money back in my account ASAP. I was charged on 02/01 Friday so I have to go the whole weekend before I can speak to anyone imagine that. I just know for now on I am never using my card online ever again trust that.
