Rip off / Only 1 referral

I was ripped off! Pipeline did not deliver as promised. They were to send referrals to my Store, which was this: ACS Store. Over a 4 month
period, they sent only ONE customer to my website. Then I closed the Account (because of non activity) They then charged my Account (Checking Account) the sum of $300.00. This I felt was unjustified inasmuch as they did NOT deliver as promised. I tried to get them to refund my money, but they refused.
