I saw an advert online to adopt a beagle puppy and made contact with the person who had her. He seemed genuine and his name was Harry Taylor. I emailed him several times and he responded answering everything i needed to know. I didnt have to pay him anything just the so called animal transport agency a fee for 125, he emailed to say the puppy had been dropped off at the agency and they would contact me for payment. I later recieved an email to say i had to pay via Moneygram in order for my puppy to be shipped.

Silly me let my heart rule my head and i did, i then was told my puppy would be dispatched the following day.
The following day i was told that my puppy didnt have the necessery insurance to fly and this had been overlooked, they stated another 100 needed to be paid and my puppy would be sent on the next flight after payment had been recieved. I stupidly borrowed the money and paid another 100 moneygram to the same address given.

Whilst sat waiting for my puppy to arrive i kept checking my emails for any updates, then went online to google the Animal Transport Agency and found out i had been scammed. I went back to the post office to try and cancel my moneygrams but it wasnt authorised. I have put it in writing to money gram along with my reciepts but feel really stupid.

This all happened today and my children are expecting a puppy when they return home from school which is what hurts the most particularly as they saved up there pocket money to help buy it.

Please dont be as silly as me, i kept thinking of this poor puppy sat in an airport waiting to be sent, i let my heart rule my head.in future when we can afford to get a puppy now we have lost our money i shall go and pick one from a breeder local. This cost me 225 and 30 in money gram fees.
