Costco
Terrible service!

No actual information here. Costco treats its clients like cows. Our last visit to Costco, Marina Del Rey, CA (with a "N" score from the nearby Better Business Institution incidentally) began by having an unannounced change in hours due to their "more disposable cows", creating me to hold back outside for 20 minutes before being permitted to enter the structure. Once inside, I did so my buying and got in-line to pay for. There have been 2 cashier clerks plus one of these inadvertently left my 1-gallon container of car-wash soap on the ground, creating a significant leak and getting the cattle drive to your standstill. Although she invested a few moments cleaning up the clutter, in the place of walk-over and get an upgraded container, the 2nd worker simply stood there. Following the clutter was cleaned-up, I questioned why they'd not obtained one minute to obtain another container plus they stated they'd, and began to consider the client behind me. I insisted on not being handed around and stated I'd not spend till they required 60 seconds to obtain another container. After many moments, a supervisor comes by. We now have 3 workers standing around doing nothing, when all-they needed to do was get another container and that I could be on my happy way. Not adequate enough for that cows-motorists - the supervisor rudely voided my purchase and required the following client. Yes, should maintain the herd going no matter what even when we drop one cow. Therefore instead of invest 60 seconds to fix the issue, they made a decision to invest fifteen minutes re stocking my goods and piss off a person. Good.
