I placed my order twice. They took my money both times but I recieved no magazines

January 23 I placed an order with MagsForLess worth $43.75 and used "PayPal" for the purchase. PayPal filled their end of the agreement. I never recieved anything from the magazine company. I placed a second order, out of stupiditiy, thinking the first did not go through. This time it was for $52.74, on April 23, and I used my own debit card. MagsForLess used my card to get the money, but it is now January and I still have not recieved a magazine. I contacted the company via email in August and they said they would return my money. Obviously... I still have not heard from them.
