Paid for two over six months ago & did not get

We paid for two Get Vick Dog Toys on August 7.
One was for a gift and the other for a auction for Northwest Animal Companions No Kill Animal Sanctuary held in October.

We still have not received them. The last email I received said I would have them by January 16. That did not happen.

Today I talked to Jaime Salcedo in Jacksonville. He said I would have a tracking number by Friday. Another site said they contacted the Jacksonville Police dept. And that is how they received theirs. I am doing all I can to make sure this company does deliver and doesn't screw over another person.
