I called this so called (MICKEY MOUSE) company on the 17th of january and asked them how much it would cost to ship a motorcycle from OH. To Fl and explained that I had purchased a motorcycle on ebay. They gave me a fair price of 400.00 to ship it. I agreed to have them ship the bike and they informed me that they would need there 400.00 paid up front. I paid them with my credit card over the phone. They charged my cc the full amount for the job. I called them back today and informed them that they would not need to pick my bike up since the owner of the bike was trying to deceive me by advertising a bike that had only a salvaged title. I explained this to the man on the other end of the phone and he explained that there was no refunds. I didn't argue with the man as I knew I had other recourses at my disposal. So I said thank you and hungup the phone after him saying he would but didn't have to, ship my next bike for them for the payment they had already received from me. I dont think so. Life doesn't work this way nor does visa/mastercard. I have already begun the dispute with my credit card company as this company expects to get paid for, well nothing I guess. They took the mans info down from me that had the bike for sale and a promise to pick this bike up. They actually think im going to give them 400.00 for this and not fight to get my money back? I think they need to reevaluate there no refund policy because I will report them to the merchant fraud department of visa/mastercard. Thats against there rules for accepting cc. The choice is theres. Give me my money back or risk losing there merchant account as I also am a merchant account holder with visa/mastercard.
