I have not had anything resolved at this piont and im upset and stressed to think this is a scam. I strongly believe I am being ripped off and i dont know how to start over

In July of I spoke with a Mike Reilly who promised me my debt would be taken care of in 36 mnths. I Have only been with them for about 7 mnths, I make monthly payments of 142.00 pr mnth directly from my account. I have not had anything resolved at this point and im upset and stressed to think this is a scam. I strongly believe I am being ripped off and i dont know how to start over. I need help or some type of advise please, I need to stop having them deduct the money every mnth and I need advise on how to start again... If anyone can help me please do so, any advise is welcomed. Thank you
