Friendly Lenders.com I signed a contract and paid $784 up front. I have been ripped off

I was contacted by Timeshare Savings Network last November to sell my Carriage Hills timeshare. I was told by their representative that they would have no problem getting $27,500 easy for it. He further stated that he would have offers to present by December and should he not be able to sell it, or if I went with another company and they sold it for me, my money would be refunded so I had no risk. I was a bit skeptical, but I wanted to get rid of the timeshare so bad. I signed a contract and paid $985 U.S. Up front. I was e-mailed various testamonials and a letter from Ralph Deluca. A short while later, we received a couriered authorization (from DHL) regarding the sale, so i thought, "hey this might actually be legit".

I obviously hadn't heard from these yahoos since and started calling all the numbers I had for them. And now I'm going online again and this is the only thing I found on the site "If you're looking for a mortgage please do not consider FriendlyLenders.com. The guy in charge is a liar and will totally abandon you if it's convenient for him to do so. He has no integrity whatsoever. Please do business with someone else. Thank you".

Who can I trust? Carriage Hills isn't into reselling once they've sold, so they're no help. So much for a little faith and a trusting world.

I have tried repeatedly to contact them and have been unable as the phone has been disconnected. There has been absolutely no contact since the contract was faxed to Nikki Lindo of TSN and I have been ripped off.
