Sent me half an order and just threw them in the boxes, no care at all

I purchased 2 lots of high skin care products from this wholesaler to resell, its not a huge amount but it was a lot to me (40 full size high end skin care), i only recieved half of that order and they told me the second box was on its way, no tracking number for the second box, nothing, i know i have been robbed.

When i recieved my so called first box that had the tracking etc the order had been thrown in, no bubble wrap, nothing, just a cardboard box (flat rate box).
In her description she clearly stated that nothing i was purchasing would be under 40 dollars retail (US) when i had paid, the ad changed, they took that bit out, and i recieved an awful amount of products worth not much at all, (some were, most werent).

I just want to warn other people and just hope it dosent happen again, a very bad experience and very rude person
