Mega Savers
Aka PMS Rip off debiting Checking Account ripoff abused deception

When signed up for a Capital Card. I advised them I do not want want any other services other than the credit card. I got screwed with the card and the services that I did advise them I did not want. I do work for large collection company and knew what I wanted out of the conversation.

From the beginning of this disaster I have been basically having money taken from my checking account without my preapproved authorization. I have even asked MEGA SAVERS that they are not to decuct money out of the checking account. I also called to CANCEL my services and they advised me that the system is not allowing them to cancel my services. I DO NOT understand that concept of this.

IF the customer (which is me) request to cancel services, shouldn't the services be able to be cancelled right there and then. But that was not the case I was told to call back to do this. I clearly stated to them to cancel my services when they can... I then was told I need to call, I advised them that I was in the process of moving from Hawaii to Texas and I will not be able to do this. They refuse to do this... When I did check back with my bank 3 months from then, since I have been getting things settled. I have over $150 for something listed as PMS (which they are) and to my knowledge its' Mega savers. WHo I did specifically request NOT to take money from my account.

I am really upset with the ethics that these people are working for having to take money from honest hard working invidiuals to just go ahead an scam them at the same time... I unfortunately would like something done regarding this. Please by all means e-mail me with actions to take on this on account.
