Charged 36.69$ for 3 min international call

I have made 2 international calls on 12/15 at London Heathrow Airport. I used a phone with credit card to make the calls to Turkey which were less than 3 minutes. Ten days later I saw tat they charged me 36.66$. I have called them told that I was ovecharged. They asked my credit card number and they offered for only 14.66$ rebate. I accepted their offer and got the rebate 2 days later.

Then, 4 days after the rebate they charged me again for 36.69$! I don't know if this is the charge of the second call or the guy charged me once more because I called them and gave my credit number! I don't know if I should call them again. Maybe he will again offer a rebate but then charge my credit card again!

I guess there are 2 more similar files on this company. Someone should stop this company from ripping off people.
