Bashas
Poor customer relation

Went shopping at a Bashas in Mesa, had some negative experiences while i was there. I was unhappy with their services so I wrote a letter to Bashas headquaters listing my complaints.

About a week later i recieve a letter from a Mr. Rob Johnson Bashas Customer Realations.
I was very surprised and disappointed in his response letter. I was expecting an appology but instead his entire letter basically called me a liar.
He threw alot of names of people and their titles around I guess trying to be impressive.

The point was long time loyal cuatomer and I was an unhappy customer and i had some problems with Bashas and was expecting some sort of an appology and instead was told i was a liar.
All 6 of my complaints were covered up or pushed aside and i was told in so many words that my version of the complaints were not true.

I am very disappointed in Bashas and especially Rob John the so called Customer Relation Coordinator.
I have shopped at Bashas for many many years, but because of Mr. Johnsons letter Bashas has lost another customer. I will not shop at Bashas again. There are plenty of other grocery stores in my area and i will send my business to them and avoid Bashas completely.
