Jeremy Dieter - Tres Bien Design Interior Decorator - Interior Designer won't return money owed to client

J. Dieter, the principal at Tres Bien Design took money from us to be applied toward furniture purchases under an agreement where Dieter was to make money solely from commissions on furniture purchases. Dieter indicated that the funds remained property of the clients and that amounts would be applied as furniture purchases were made. We have indicated that we do not want to make further purchases through Dieter and Dieter has yet to apply money to purchases made and now refuses to return the money to us, his clients. Amount converted by Dieter is $4,500.
