The strange way to hire... Dallas Texas

One person I know was job hunting on monster.com today and this company jumped right on him and I don't care what they say, he told them in the screening profile that he wanted salaried work and they still wrote him back immediately asking him to come in for an interview.

SO much for the "we will eliminate folks who don't want commissioned work" He had no sales background whatsoever so I got suspicious and checked them out. Needless to say this is not the type of job he was looking for and he will not be attending the "Group meeting". One other weird thing is that they have no, and I mean not one phone number on the website. If I was recruiting, I would think you would have one place where people could at least call and ask a couple of questions. They may be a legitimate business opportunity, but I think they should stick to the policy they themselves say they have.

Thanks to those who already put in their reports. He will look elsewhere.
