Ripoff and Rude

I sent my books to ecampus and it is suppose to take up to six weeks to get a check it has been three months they said they sent it last week but it should only take one day to get to my house because I live close and order things from the same city and it always takes one day it has been seven days and still no check they said that I have to wait to report it at least thirty days the check is for $45.
