I orderd a handbag for $289 back in almost a year and half ago! They sent me the wrong bag and the inside pocket was marked up with black marker. Sent it back, never heard from them. They would not call, answer my emails for almost 7 months! At seven months was told i could exchange the bag, took another almost 4 months for anyone to respond. Finally sept 07 told me they would send me a handbag that was worth more for my inconviences, wouldn't you know they said it was not in stock and they were waiting for it. The handbag was available in numerous department stores and on the designers website, they are liars and cheats. Finally after 3 months of waiting I couldn't take it anymore and requested a refund. They told me the refund was sent out via ups and would arive in week. That was on Dec 27th, its Jan 17, still no check! I have sent emails everyday, NO ONE will respond to me, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY SUCK! Anita bolsoni and her associates should be closed down!
