I was sent a notice stating that I would be billed for leasing and property taxes totalng $40.75 "which includes a $25.00 fee for filing the required personal property tax return". I am not aware of any IRS requirements concerning personal property. I have never been taxed for owenerwhip of a TV, bicycle, stereo or electric guitar. What's this about? However, the main gist of my complaint is that I sent my equipment back to the company around Aug. Or Sept. When I called and told the person on the phone, she said I was supposed to send the equipment back to them, I sent it to merchant services. I sent the equipment back to the people who sent it to me. I believe that, in good faith, this is a reasonable assumption. There was no indication that the equip. Should be sent anywhere else. I would like to know how to get out from underneath these crooks.in researching these people on the web, it appears they already have several class action suites pending. Where do I sigh up??
