Below Commercial Grade

Shops, Products, Services

I Graduated from FIT with my AAS in Jewelry Design, and have an advance certificate in Diamond Grading from the GIA. I saw the web liked what I saw and walked over, living nearby. I gave an order, and was told that it would be a couple of weeks. I wondered why when done by mail it takes only several days. I made calls and sent e-mails relating to this order. Finally I followed the net routine and ordered a. 95ct cream yellow diamond I3 Grade. After the merchandize arrived I opened it to find that it was graded below the I3 grade. Below commercial grade is how I rate this company. Especially on responses.

I called back to let them know that I wasn't happey, and wanted to exchange my diamond for another. I was told to send them an e-mail to confirm this so I picjked two different smaller stones ofr about the same price. Again I received no response, either by mail or phone. Now instead of buying a different stone and some colored stones also, I will first pay an unanounced visit, maybe with tape recorder in hand, and try to go through a process whereby I may get satisfaction, and if there is nothing forthcoming,

I will follow proceedure and return this by mail for a full refund minus the shipping charges which I have to eat. If there is any extra charges which they try to levy, we will end up in small claims court.
