Ebony magazine ripoff invoice requesting $ for false order boulder colordo

Received an "invoice" 01/11/08 for a supposed request for a magazine. Supposedly the second invoice sent.
First I never requested this magazine, nor have I received it.

Also, anything I would order would indicate my complete address, which this does not.

This company is scamming, trying to make a measly $15 off people who know no better than to send $15 as requested.

This is illegal and this company and their actions need shut down immediately!
