Coastal Chemical Pools takes your money and doesn't delive

I have caught them not servicing my pool on many occassions and they insist that they have. Even when confronted with the fact that I was there when they didn't show up they still insist that they were there. The fact is the chlorine in my pool is almost non-existant and my pool keeps turning green indicates that they aren't doing their job but they still send a monthly bill. The newest response is go "F" yourself. Your service is cancelled. Where's the money I already paid for the month of January.
