Unauthorized Withdrawal

When searching for grants with this website I was promised a CD that I never received. I discivered an unauthorized withdrawl on my bank statement. I called the toll free number to be met with a customer service rep who was difficult to understand and difficult to convince I didn't authorize the withdrawl. After becoming very firm with the rep I was given a refund authorization code.
