FTD.com doesn't react to emails about shipping (I've delivered six—and obtain a couple of computer-generated characters or very little). I've no idea if my vacation present plants were shipped. They evidently don't worry about customer support at any degree. Nevertheless, I've had many exemplary encounters with 1-800 flowers.com and recommend them. They provide immediate verification for shipping and phone readers to reschedule if required. The distinction is much like all the time. I simply regret that I changed businesses due to a discount I had been provided—Never again!!
