Sell your private information to other companies causing you to receive solicitation calls at all hours and 5 to 10x a day

From the beginning, i had trouble with this company. They require that you pay a cash upfront connection fee then your first months payment is due within 15 days of the time that this connection fee is made. However, it took me nearly a month to get my phone service activated, because they lost my account information file on their computer.

After spending three weeks getting them to create a new file and account for me, it took them another week to get the service connected. When my phone was finally connected, i had problems with my line which took me nearly 2 months to get taken care of, and was only able to do this after changing phone companies.

Two days after my service was connected, i started receiving solicitation calls for credit cards, goods and services, free pagers, and this occurs anywhere from 5 to 10 times a day, and it really gets annoying having to continuously tell people to remove your name and number from their list and to discontiue calling, and this occured at all hours.

Even having calls come in as late as midnight. They sell your name and number to these companies for money. I think this should be illegal.
