No MSO paper-work, among other activities!

I bought a motor scooter out of this organization on Dec. 5th 2007. I used to be educated that I'd be delivered my mSO to my tackle as Fla., their state where I'll enroll this device takes a diverse one than they'd, I've nevertheless not obtained this bit of paper-work that'll I would like to reg. This device. I've a statement of purchase and thats it. This scooter is useless because it CAn't be ridden until I get my paper-work. I've named 7 occasions and delivered a lot of emails which have gotten no reaction. The corporation doesn't care at-all, they got my cash and thats it for me personally, today I've a device I can't market or register. The system also had damaged parts onto it which were likewise intended top be delivered to me and undoubtedly, no components. Additionally, it has already established a receiving issue that I've set once and today another component has damaged.
