My husband received a letter and a check for $3150 and it said that it was to cover charges/fees. It was an award for North American utilities lottery. Ticket number 2545 and serial number US-7856. I looked at companies on Rip off report and saw another person in Alaska had the same letter and serial number. It is a fake, do not deposit in your account!
