Fraudulent credit card charge!

Received a charge from Jrb Roofing on nov 16 for $432.56 on my visa credit card statement, called credit card co. And registered complaint, told to fill out form and return, did, but checked farther, i live in alabama. This charge was for material & labor, no way, this is a 'company' located in the Broadwalk Apartments on 1825 S. Stevens St. Tacoma, was no answer at phone listed, (wonder way) and apartment management will not give out any info, contacted locate police and will have to come in to fill out report. Local police in tacoma will not do anything to check this out till i have completed local police report.
