Bad service!

Definitely don't purchase something out of this site. I requested a $250 Holiday present on December 2nd and not received it. After not obtaining a return reaction via mail for my request about delivery status, I named the telephone number shown on the site on December 17th to confirm the delivery status. After I named, I had been handled terribly from the alleged operator for calling after-hours! Bear in mind, no hours are outlined on the site. He was not prepared to assist me find my purchase and explained to call-back between 10:00 A.M. And 2:00 P.M. Therefore, 24 hours later, I tried calling between these hours as well as for the very first time, I acquired a chaotic signal. For that next three hours, I acquired a voicemail. I left voicemails and e-mail for them, but never heard back. I wound up arguing the cost with my charge card organization and processing a using the Better Business Office. I need anybody and everybody NEVER TO use this site. No body must have to see what I did so for almost any purchase, not to mention a demanding period-delicate purchase for Holiday.
