LOWES & GE MONEY Make FALSE CLAIMS AND CAUSE Amercians Detriment

I went into Lowes in Miamisburg in the summer (June) with cash in hand to buy a door. At the cash register there was a 8x4 inch flyer inch stating 1 year same as cash, I picked it up and asked the cashier if it was available to apply to my account, she said "yes".
She said it would be applied to my entire 700.00 Lowes account. So I used the offer, knowing I would have to make other purchases for the door installation.

Soon, about a month later, I started getting an invoice, I called the store and they said they would straighten it out. I thought for 6 months that everything was fine, until..

Yesterday I got a collection letter from an agency demanding the payment in full interest and penalties.
I called the collection agency and they said to call GE MONEY BANK.

I called GE MONEY BANK. I gave the the lady on the phone my account number, but when I refused to give her my phone number, she got mad and wouldn't talk to me about the account, even when I had given her my account number. She deemed that my phone number would identify who I was. Now thats a new one, Huh Folks! Did you know that your phone number can identify who you are?

I have questions about that concept... What if I didn't want her to call me at my private home phone, that I pay to keep private, what if I didn't have a home phone and was calling from a payphone, would that help her identify me!

What if the phone number she had was not my home phone but the business phone, would that identify me?
She hung up on me.

I called the collection agency back to tell them of the conversation and they said I had to make copies of my records and send them to GE MONEY bank to "PROVE" I bought the stuff under the 1 year same as cash option, even though she read notes that were recorded on my file about the issue on the account!

Ok, so now I am mad because,
A.) I don't have TIME to do all that...
B.) It's their responsibility to me as a customer to provide the terms of the agreement.
C.) NOW I HAVE TO do LOWES ACCOUNTING JOB FOR THEM, for FREE!
Can I send them a bill for my accounting services?
I think if I get copies of my records and mail them anywhere it will be to small claims court to sue them for sending me to a collection agency and reporting to a credit bureau.
